Return & Refund Policy

At Ekkam, every product is curated with utmost care to ensure freshness, authenticity, and premium quality. Given the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

  1. Returns & Exchanges
    – No returns or exchanges are accepted once an order is delivered.
    – Products once opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for replacement under any circumstances.

  2.  Incorrect or Damaged Products

    – In the rare case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@ekkamstore.com with your order ID, description, and clear photographs of the product.
    – Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.
    – Upon verification, we may provide a replacement of the same product or a store credit.

  3. Refund Policy
    – No refunds are provided once an order is confirmed and dispatched.
    – Refunds will only be applicable if:
    – The product is unavailable/out of stock after order placement.
    – An order is cancelled before dispatch.
       – A verified claim of wrong or damaged product is approved.
    – Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  4. Terms & Conditions
    – All complaints must include complete order details and photo proof of the issue.
    – Replacements will be subject to product availability.
    – Decisions regarding replacement/refund will be at Ekkam’s sole discretion and final.
    – Ekkam will not be liable for minor variations in product size, shape, or finish, as our products are often handmade.
    – All disputes will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
